How is it different from the mix diagnostic?
The mix diagnostic judges an unfinished mix (balance, masking, vocals…). The master check judges an already mastered file against delivery standards.
Is -1 dBTP mandatory?
No: we flag the streaming recommendation (-1 dBTP, anti-distortion margin at encode) without making it a blocker. Many commercial masters sit higher.
